All memberships are confidential. 

Your name, address and telephone numbers are not used, or sold to any other organization or business.  It is used expressly to mail you're a monthly newsletter.  PFLAG/Detroit will, once a year, notify PFLAG National of our member standings per our agreement with them.  We will send them $15.00 per Address and you will become a member of National, with voting rights and setup to receive their newsletter. 

If you DO NOT wish your name and address to be sent to National, please make sure that the box is checked to NOT to send.  Existing members need to email PFLAG/Detroit, if they wish their name removed from that list.  Removal will only happen once a year, unless a telephone call is made to them personally. 

The $15.00 Dues fee  will be sent National regardless of your decision to register or not.
