Senator Sherrod Brown a Democrat from Ohio took to the floor and made a clear message of It Gets Better to the United States Senate reading a letter from a gay high school student about being attacked at school, and called for the Senate to support the GLSEN intro Safe School Improvement Act and Student Non Discrimination Act to address the high volumes of media reports of bullycidies, attacks, harassment and more on LBGT students.
