PFLAG Detroit meets every 2nd Sunday of the Month regardless.
The only exception is if the Easter Or Christmas holiday church programs falls on that day.
Our meeting promptly starts at 2 pm. (See schedule below)

| 2:15—3:30 Break into Support Groups | |

New
Parents only group
This allows first time parents get a chance to speak freely, ask questions, and receive answers. Facilitators are usually one Mom and one Dad that will listen and share stories. When the parent or parents are ready, they may join the other support groups. Attend as often as you wish. |
Transgender Support Group This group is designed to support family and friends of a transgender individual. Not only is the transgender individual transitioning, the family and friends are also. This support group addresses the many concerns and gives them a safe place to discuss them |

General Support Group This group normally has about 8 people to talk about whatever is on your mind. This group contains all our GLBT & Str8, friends and parents for great discussion on problems, situations, solutions and general everyday life. The group is lead by a facilitator and gives a you great chance to hear the "other side of the coin". |
Youth & Young Adult Support Group Sharing of ideas, concerns, and other questions is done in a non-confrontational manner. Support for one another is important. Participants share issues and questions. Confidentiality is emphasized as we learn from one another and discuss together in a concerned manner. Facilitator shares and draws out group members who wish to share. Come and join us to listen and learn! |

| Lending Library - Books, Video, and Cassette Tapes - Available for rental or purchase. We only ask that on a rental, an undated check (with amount filled in) or cash covering the cost of the item to be held until the items are returned. | |
